Given a universal entity in data mart A with only external bindings from some other data mart B (but no bindings in data mart A), the HierarchicalDataTransformer.CanHandle(...) throws an exception.
Since this is in the CanHandle which is evaluated each time a DataTransformer is requested from the ActorFactory within the engine, this exception is thrown for data marts that do not even intend to use the Hierarchical Data Converter.
