bug: Investment history pagination breaks when filtering by status — next/prev buttons don't work

Problem

Filter by 'pending' status, then click next page, returns to unfiltered list.

Hi, I'd like to work on this issue. I’ll keep the fix focused on preserving the active investment-history status filter across next/previous pagination navigation, add regression coverage for the filtered pagination flow, and avoid unrelated portfolio/history refactors.
