[refactor] Fix mobile display

It looks like the mobile design is very much still a work in progress, it's being updated on Figma each day. For now, let's just try to preserve most of the functionality that we already have until we're sure the designs are done.

I've noticed the following with the mobile sidebar:

1. The user should be able to see their profile icon (in the bottom right of the sidebar) and click it to go to their account settings.
2. The user should be able to access the settings (in the bottom left of the sidebar) by clicking the settings gear icon.
