Bug: Footer link dont work properly

What's broken?

All links in footer simply redirect to homepage top not even correct sections.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to End of page (Footer)
2. Click on links like contribute blog resources etc all just move to top of page
3. See error

Expected behaviour

Each link should move you to correct section

Actual behaviour

It is just redirectiong to homepage
