When I was testing GitHub mentions. I was getting replies twice.

Problem RCA
Recently I deleted the GitHub connector. So, the previous comment was not deleted.
Due to the old webhook was present in repository webhook was sending twice.
Potention Fix
While deleting the connecting delete webhook, which LR created in the repository.
