This is not a logical state.

1. Review goes through (means authenticated)
2. Usage not available (because not authenticated)

Both cannot be true at same time. I think bug in (2) @LinceMathew

here review work because it uses API key.
but for the usage API, it uses JWT, which is expired. The web ui automatically manages refreshing JWT using the refresh token. I don't know why it won't work; maybe the refresh token expired? Can you share with me your .lrc.toml?
