"Invaild Input" error while trying to upload

Hey all,
After finished filling out the match info, when trying to upload, It seems like it always gives an "Invalid Input" error. When trying to scan the generated QR code on the dashboard app, It just fails with a white background.

I would like some help with solving this issue.

From everything I have found from other teams, it seems like everyone is encountering this issue.
