Yeah I also had this issue because I don't have opencode/claude-opus-4-5, fixed it with -m anthropic/claude-opus-4-5

Specifying the model fixd the infinit loop, but then it never got past the first line that says "iteration 1" - just froze.. I'm testing with this plugin and ensured that it worked when invoked with the TUI.
