We need these functionalities on Rebalance page.

• Read balances from all connected exchange keys
• Transfer between exchanges
• Deposit and withdraw and history
• Rebalance history
• Auto rebalance strategy

@leric7 please take a look at develop branch, some parts are implemented there. Some backend stuff may fail, but the admin UI has been updated since last main branch update. And probably 80% working
