Integration with Brevo for newsletter form

How do I add Brevo into HugoBlox? I need Hugo to serve the following files in root.

brevo-frame.html
sw.js

the error I get is

move the 2 files into the /static folder.

follow the Add scripts section at https://docs.hugoblox.com/reference/extend/ by creating layouts/partials/hooks/body-end/custom.html and adding my js there.
