A question about usage

Would I have to simply compile and run this to take advantage of this mod? If not, what would I need to do to use this for a datapack dimension? The dimension in question is not meant to be big enough to warrant its own mod, but I don’t want it to have a fixed seed either. (It’s literally just an overglorified superflat world, although I have reasons for that)
