howto manually force refresh

I understand, that force refreshing too often will brick the 12v battery. My thinking is to have a rule in place, which will force refresh "manually" in a much shorter timeframe (e.g. 15mins), if the car is plugged in and loading.
Is there already something in place, which can enforce that logic? I can't find anything in that regard yet?

Found it: There's a "force update"-action available, if you're adding a automation. You can then choose, which car to force update.
