How to use model-based controller built in EnergyPlus?

I am trying to reproduce the experiments mentioned in the paper. However, I can't find the code or illustration on how to evaluate the model-based controller built in EnergyPlus in this project.

I hope to redo the experiments in the following image.

The baseline EnergyPlus models are available under EnergyPlus folder in this repository.
