Benchmarking functions

• Plot average performance vs iteration for all optimizers (Benchmarking updates #44)
• Each optimizer should be run for multiple starting points and average fitness reported
• Comparison should be done for functions that have known optima (e.g. Gaussian combinations)
• Need to benchmark with extremely high dimensional functions (> 100-1000 D)
