Review whether OBR-7/8 are present for deleted associations


It was noted that deleted associations shouldn’t have PRT-11/12 in either of the AUT/EQUIP PRT segments. In that case, should we have anything present in OBR-7/8 since the matching PRT fields would in theory not be present?
