As a harbor master, I want the sensors to be waterproof, so that it is sustainable.

Sensors are deployed at the edge of a saltwater harbor. The enclosure has to keep electronics dry, mount cleanly to dock fixtures, and not block the radar.

Acceptance Criteria

• Enclosure rated IP65 or equivalent against splash and rain
• All electronics (ESP32-C3 + radar + battery + connectors) fit inside
• Radar transmits/receives reliably through the housing material
• Mountable to typical dock fixtures (clamp, screw, or strap)
• Enclosure cost stays within hardware budget
