In some cases you want to use Logstash but don't want to share it with other users of the system (currently it restarts each time a new config is added to it)
So just invoke the "Test mode" process builder (with a few different/new params - eg logging, want to have an optionally smaller memory footprint) and maintain it as per the usual process builder
