Sometimes a jury member is invited, created in ipt_connect nut does not judge. Then sometimes he/she should be hidden from the list. The options in SiteConfiguration should be:
- Always hide passive jury members
- Hide passive jury members when the second fight starts (in order to announce jury members before the tournament andhide inactive)
- Hide passive jury members when the final is complete (i.e. there is at least one grade for the final fight)
- Always show all the jury members.
Also, there should be an option to put inactive jurors under a spoiler at the bottom of the page or to hide them completely
