[Testing tool] Add opportunity to configure device address/credentials for DefaultComponents/Rerun operator

Currently for all DefaultComponents and the Rerun operator a static hidden device (static ip address, static credentials) is created. Therefore a user from another network has no chance to use these features. Instead it would be better if the user could choose a device on which the testing operators will be deployed.
