Improve the BotServ Interface

content:

  • content: view available bots
  • content: assign or unassign bots
  • content: add section to manage Bots (staff only)

functionality:

  • add: ability to view available botserv bots
  • add: ability to ASSIGN (or UNASSIGN) botserv bots from web interface
  • add: ability to MANAGE (add, change, del) botserv bots from web interface
