Closed incidents do not serve any significance once they're of a given age. It should be possible to configure a retention interval and have Icinga Notifications automatically clean up incidents accordingly. This interval must have a reasonable default configured.
Note that this setting should be configurable in the UI, as such it needs to be stored in the database.
