Request from biology OUS: re-format the CNV overview plots in ppt report

Some feedback from biology group OUS to re-format the CNV overview plots added in ppt report:

1. The image should be 50% scale vertically.
2. Plot A2 will take one slide, and plot B3, C1 will be in one slide.
