problems with singularity/apptainer and gpg #31
Description
due to setting up gpg inside the docker image with root, apptainer does not allow you to run gpg with your user but you have to use root. This would not work in environments like TSD. We should look into setting up gpg with a default user or "globally" if that is possible.
