Currently, the ramses_esp firmware only publishes the RAMSES/GATEWAY/ field once on device startup.
It normally remains in the online value unless activity from the device stops and host software can detect this.
An MQTT sever restart will result in all published data being reset.
Because the device does not re-publish the field host software will asumme it is offline.
