Navigation button on "News" section is not working

The navigation button is not functional on the "News" section on https://qa.rtcamp.net/

Expected Behavior:

Clicking on the Navigation button should reroute to another page/hyperlink

Actual Behavior:

The navigation button is not working
Browser: I tested this on Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
