Support llm request tracing in the Run page #160

What would you like to be added:
In the run page, let's have a tracing subpage to tracing the llm requests, show information like prompts, resopnse, costs, which are very important.
Why is this needed:
Completion requirements:
This feature requires the following artifacts:
- Design doc
- API change
- Docs update
The artifacts should be linked in subsequent comments.
