Does GKL support arm architecture?

I have migrated gatk to arm architecture, but the running speed is too slow, so I want to use GKL. Can I build GKL on ARM architecture? Could you help me?

Please note that, this branch is not in active development as of now. This can help you as a start.

Hi @syalavarthi, have you continued work on ARM porting, or your version is only available version to be executed on ARM ?

I am not working on GKL now. Not aware of other ports for ARM.
