the way of docker or apptainer install

I'm new to hardware, but I'm curious about the container's relationship to this dependency.

• raw unbantu
• • docker(centos7 with GKL and GATK)

or

• raw centos7 with GKL
• • docker(Linux with GATK)

Can these two methods be used to achieve acceleration effect?

I found this docker file at gatk

I notice there seems to be no code to install GKL.And after installing GKL and GATK,Do I need to do any other configuration?
