maxSdkVersion = 30 prevent from publish app on playstore

Hi, having the

prevent us from publishing on playstore since it produce an error when pushing the app :

Déclarations en double de l'élément "android.permission.BLUETOOTH" dans le fichier manifeste avec différentes versions maxSdkVersions.

for what it worth, I already have to use

TWICE in my own manifests... probably related ?
