Synthesize Your First Emulator walks the full mechanical path from copying an ELF and .repl into workdir/ through project creation, saving into the mounted folder, and running one synthesis. Auto-Tune an Emulator does the same for the LLM-driven loop, including the per-round review controls. Reading the Run Manifest explains where the output files land and how to interpret the fidelity/coverage metrics, phase timings, stop log, and artifact counts. Home links to the section and a sidebar lists it. All UI labels and file paths were verified against the application source.
