migrate images to cloudinary

• move HTML images to cloudinary
• move CSS images to cloudinary (Possibly teach Irev-dev how and get them to do it)
• optimise cloudinary URL for each image to get best performance.
• optimise images before uploaded to couldinary, auto quality does not seem sufficient.

I updated the url to crop the images and also set "auto quality" but I think the images still need to be compressed more before they are uploaded to cloundinary, I say this because the rendered images are by far the slowest even with these optimisations.
Also all of the images I uploaded are in the "root" directory, not sure how to move them into the lucy drone folder.

Kinda not really. You can close it if you want, there are something I want to tweak about the cloudinary stuff, but all the images have been moved over, so I guess it's finished?
