Dockerfile not working

Great work on the package
The dockerfile failed to build for me, probably outdated

FROM jd21/olinkwrapper:v1.3.0 seems to be the correct base image now, while it is FROM jd21/shinyolink:latest there. Also it seems to be COPY inst/shiny/ /srv/shiny-server/ instead of COPY app/ /srv/shiny-server/ At least these changes worked for me for building.

Also an option for svg would be nice for plots, that is more like an improvement idea

Also the default selection SUBJID for "Match NPX & Var by:" crashes the app with the example data provided. Maybe change the default there or error handling for missing value

1. Dockerfile & Base Image:

• You are completely right about the path: inst/shiny/ is the correct source directory (the app/ path was outdated).
• jd21/shinyolink:latest is currently a private base image, which is why pulling it fails. We will update the Dockerfile in the next release to use the public jd21/olinkwrapper:v1.3.0 base image and fix the COPY path so that it builds out-of-the-box for everyone.

2. SVG Export Option:

• Great suggestion! We will add SVG export support alongside PNG/PDF in the plot download options in an upcoming update.

3. Default Matching Column / Missing Value Handling (SUBJID):

• Good catch. The mismatch occurs because the example metadata file uses a different identifier column (e.g. SampleID) rather than SUBJID.
• We will update the default column selection and add proper error/warning validation in the UI to prevent the app from crashing when mismatched columns or missing keys are selected.
