Dashboard enhancements

1. In Model Performance why not move the Bug, Drug class and Drug filter inside the Model performance tab?
2. In Feature Importance Comparison The plot Top protein clusters mapped to top features does not state which bugs the clusters are from in the Across bugs tab, and does not state which drugs in Across drugs.
3. In Feature Importance Comparison, the heatmap shows clusters now. It would be more informative if it showed feature names colored by feature type.
   This HeatMap can complement the ClusterBarChart. (Once we have all feature-name mappings, we can use those in this function; the relevant code chunk exists)
