Feature Request: Improve touch control layout and disable joystick recentering on mobile

Description:

The current mobile touch control layout makes gameplay difficult due to the behavior of the virtual joystick and missing input options.

The primary issues are:

1. Joystick Recentering: The virtual analog stick constantly recenters automatically, making precise movement and targeting very difficult.
2. Missing Buttons: The mobile overlay is currently missing the C-buttons, D-pad, and the L button, which limits the available moveset.

Expected Behavior / Suggestions: Add a configuration setting to toggle or disable automatic joystick recentering.

Expand the mobile touch overlay to include customizable options for the C-Buttons, D-Pad, and L button, similar to the layout options available in Mupen64Plus.
