Delete ROIs

I need to be able to delete an ROI, ideally while drawing pressing 'Delete' (either UI button or key) will delete the most recently drawn ROI. Additionally, I need to be able to delete ROIs after ROIManager has finished running, basically a method to review the ROIs.

Utilities/DeleteROI.m
Start with a general function that can delete a specific ROI. This may need to become a class in the future to handle different WindowTypes for the ROIConstructor, but it may be safe to assume that I can keep using the tiledlayout() to have each image on its own tile. Therefore, identifying a single ROI will be based on the tile index (the image) and the ROI index (the ROI to be deleted).

It may be better to convert this to IdentifyROI().m and make a subsequent function to DeleteROI().m

ROI Manager Class/ROIIdentifier.m

• Created a mechanism to give global identifiers to each ROI which is eventually re-written in the correct order upon Utilities/CommitAndClose.m. Each ROI is given the identifier [Image Stack Index][ROI Shape Abbreviation][Shape Index].

ROI Manager Class/DeleteROI.m

• The mechanism to delete an ROI from the ROIManager object. Can have multiple identifiers input at once. Identifiers are updated after delete.

**Need to add a dynamic delete (crtl+z or Del) to delete ROIs while drawing.
