Hi,

Thanks for developing this useful tool.

I got the following error message when using Startrac.run:

> out <- Startrac.run(in.dat, proj = "test", cores = 8, verbose = T)
[2022-10-25 07:57:31] initialize Startrac ...
[2022-10-25 07:57:33] calculate startrac index ...
[2022-10-25 07:57:34] calculate pairwise index ...
[2022-10-25 07:58:31] calculate indices of each patient ...
[2022-10-25 07:59:16] collect result
Error in rbind(deparse.level, ...) : numbers of columns of arguments do not match

Hi Yiwei,

I suggest check two things:

1. the columns of the input data meet the requriement (clone.id’, ‘patient’, ‘majorCluster’ and ‘loc’).
2. any data of specific patients are different with others?

Yes, the input data meets this requirement.

I wonder what you meant by "different". The following shows the patients and loc of the input data
