• Implement Genotype-summary models using also the closeness of SNPs as information.
• Get the datasets from BayesRC to replicate the results/compare with my own
• Apply the fortran softwares of BayesRC, BayesR, etc to verify if the results are the same as on this repository implementation.
• Do a support to the annotations of the files, and insert the annotations from VEP to make the analysis
• Implement LassoNet in the same way so I can get multi-trait results instead of single traits.
