I'm trying to run SpaDiff on a visiumHD sample using HPC. I keep running into issues with SpaDiff being unable to allocate memory to run. It is attempting to allocate 1.13TiB, and I'm using one of our HPC's large memory nodes with 3TB of memory. I've tried changing the data type to uint32 to reduce the size of the counts matrix, but the package won't run with that. Is there anything else I can do to reduce memory required for VisiumHD samples?
