Add a `crawloop demo` CLI subcommand for the offline self-heal demo

examples/selfheal_demo.py runs the full offline self-heal cycle with no API key. Wire it as a first-class CLI command (crawloop demo) so newcomers can see it in one step. Entry point: crawloop/cli.py. Good first issue.
