Their Response to the 'Original' Bug

[This is the team's response to the above 'original' bug]

Reason for NotInScope:
After PE-D, our team received a bug that we should disallow duplicate command argument prefixes. For a better user experience, we decided to implement this by changing the parsing logic in all our commands. However, by doing so, this would mean that cat/ and the such would not be able to be added as valid book titles, and other commands such as update-title would be affected similarly. Our team ensured to check first that there are no existing books with such prefix (as far as we could search) and thus favored this implementation instead of allowing duplicate command argument prefixes.

Reason for downgrading severity to Low:
There is no existing books with such prefixes in its title (as far as we could search) thus this bug will only cause minor inconveniences in extreme cases.
