Update to Gtk4

It would be cool to update this to Gtk4, I think we need to update the library here first :

What do you think, @jwahlstrand, would this be doable ? I can give it a try but I'm not familiar with Gtk4.jl approach.

Yeah, it would be great to port this to Gtk4, and you're right, updating the library in Yggdrasil is the first (and probably most painful) step. I tried a while back and ran into difficulties. Maybe I'll have time to try again this weekend.

I'll generate code using GI and open a PR with that. I am not familiar with this library but it doesn't look like that much code is in the package. But I have no idea how much changed in the library other than the switch to GTK4...

Great thanks, if we have basic functionality working (GtkSourceView & GtkSourceBuffer) it would already be nice.
