Pluto 20.10 + Julia 1.12

Hi,
if you find time, could you cut a new release with Pluto 20.10 ? This then would work for Julia 1.12.

I considered to make a PR for this but was not able to quickly understand what to do, just updating the compat was not enough to make CI run.

Also, would there be a way to develop a stable API for the Pluto methods used here? @fonsp

For years updating worked without problems but then you happen to just try it right at the moment it did fail 🤷

I've opened a PR at JuliaPluto/Pluto.jl#3256. I hope that fixes the problem. It seems like a small bug.

... well there is now some time to wait until JuliaPluto/Pluto.jl#3259 is fixed in order to have things running on 1.12 beta4 ...
