Maintainer needed

Since I'm not using this package myself anymore (nor Julia), I would like to stop maintaining this package and transfer it to someone else's account. The bump to Pluto v1.0.1 is the last one I do. #221

@j-fu You seem to be the main user. Can I transfer the repository to your account? Then you have full control over it and can keep your projects online

I think the better idea would be a transfer to the JuliaPluto org. This would give some flexibility with maintainer access. I could look after the package as a member of JuliaPluto or a team within that org if @fonsp would orgsnize access for me.

@j-fu Thank you. Since @fonsp gave a thumbs up on your message, I now moved the repo to https://github.com/JuliaPluto/PlutoStaticHTML.jl, and I currently do not have access to advanced repo settings anymore.

Once everything is up and running at JuliaPluto, I can make a PR at the registry like JuliaRegistries/General#153586
