Hi, in this line (https://github.com/Junyi42/monst3r/blob/574cc77ad278bad582f470e5382624e01f8769a7/datasets_preprocess/preprocess_waymo.py#L248C21-L248C33), it seems the "car_to_world" varible is already camera to world transform as it is obtained from waymo "frame.images[i].pose".
