Improvement: Optional create a Bitbucket (or Github) Repo

It would be nice if viewport-tools would provide the option to check in projects into Bitbucket or Github.

1. On installation, viewport-tools will ask if you have a Bitbucket or Github repo.
   1.1. If yes -> Bitbucket or Github?
   1.2. Enter Login data
2. On creating a viewport theme, ask if you want to create a repo.
   2.1. If yes -> Create Repo in Bitbucket with Theme Name
   2.2. Push initial theme to Repo automatically.
