missing 1 positional argument

When installed from pypi, i am getting a "missing positional argument: 'block'" at line 184 in latex.py
After pip installing a local clone, if i revert to the v4.1.0 tag, life is good again.
Loosely related, perhaps adding exit(1) to main here would be helpful for scripting.
