@fabianmoronzirfas I don`t know whether you are already aware of this task view for Computational Environments and Reproducibility (http://o2r.info/ctv-computational-environments/).
Maybe there are some tools which can help.

Thanks. I wasn't aware of this. I think we will be fine with opencpu images but I'll keep this in the back of my head.
