The BuildAllRun node

What is the node purpose?
What are its parameters?

The BuildAllrun node create a script with all the execution programs required to run the
openfoam process.

In the future it will also support the SLURM for cluster execution.

The structure can be understood from executer.py

Is the runFile under caseExecution is required? is it different from the runFile that is outside -> directly under input_parameters ?
