Few question about #136 - dictionary to Python

1. Should this section work independently? like the expand -> can be a mode of operation like : expand/build/execute/buildExecute?
2. The input - should be the path to the directory which has all files? (if so does it have a list of inside paths like: "openFOAM.system.ControlDict"?)
3. which of the following would you prefer?
   a. Read a json workflow, update the data of each node from dictionary?
   b. Go through dictionaries directory and create a json workflow base on the existing dictionaries?
   c. other option?

1. Yeah, but we'll build with CLI in the end, no? However, I guess it will be something like hermes-workflow buildWorkflow ...
   But like all the CLI, it should just call the functions that do it.

2. Ideally, it will be a openFOAM case directory and that would indicate the locations of the files.

3. I thought about option b. However, if you think its too complicated for a starts, we could start with option a. and see later how we work things out.

Not yet. I'm finishing up some last changes. Once that's done, I'll open the pull request and merge it.
