Unable to return to default view mode after I enabled Theme (Chapter-List-View)

What happened?

After I enabled the theme (Chapter-List-View), the list is enabled even after I changed the theme

I attempted to change to other themes and even deleted (Chapter-List-View) theme but no luck

What did you expect?

Once I switch back to default, the UI will return to default view / experience

Just an FYI, this is an issue with the theme. I moved the issue to the correct repo. The creator of the theme is who is liable.
